Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Do one exercise, then block carry to the 2nd light and back, then do exercise x1 and #2, block carry to the second light and back, the 1st 2nd and 3rd exercises, ect…

    Squats x 20
    Block benches x20
    LBCs x30
    Offset squats x10 each leg
    Block presses x20
    American hammers x 20 (2 is 1)

    Repeato without squats
