Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

Pax: Mr. Rogers, Arc Flash, SideShow, Mayor, Cogsworth, John Denver, Mulcahy, Beaker, TuPac, Gas Man
3 Rounds of exercises, each round for 10 minutes. One PAX runs to the end of the parking lot, does one burpee, and runs back while the others stay and do one of the exercises the entire time. When the PAX gets back, a new runner goes, and the groups changes to the next exercise on the list. Repeato for the entire round, each about 10 minutes before switching to the next round. Before and after each round, a Palm Sunday reflection from Henri Nouwen was read.

Round 2: Merkins, Big Boys, Squats, Diamond Merkins, V-Ups
Round 3: Planks, Bridges, Luge, Downward Dog, Al Gore
