Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    QIC: Cobra commander
    PAX: Arch Flash, Wooderson, Tangled, The Situation, Tupac, Mayor, Miranda, Yeast, John Denver, Mulcahy, Beaker, Sun Tzu and Cobra Commander.
    About 41F with a 3mph, a nice day for a workout.
    Started with a mosey to the track, did the standard SSH and Abe Vigoda
    15 reps of each exercise at the top of the track and then the opposite end of the track

    1) Speed Skaters and Air Presses
    2) LBCs and Walkers (2:1)
    3) Lunges and Merkins
    4) Gas pumps and supermans
    5) Mike Tysons and SSHs
    6) Burpees and American Hammers
    7) Squats and calf raises.

    In between in order for slower pax to catch up, we did some dips and wall sits.
    Mayor was the 6, talked about the meaning of the F3 in him life and family with also a growth in his faith.
    CC ended with talking about the meaning of resurrection day.
