Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Smails here. April Fools was on point per the usual the PAX stayed home the first day after winter challenge, save for a few that is.
    It was raining and cold my plan was the hill, the six – Mole, Mayor, Bunker, Nails, Sideshow and I moved around back under the awning for a nice variety of our typical moves. Merkins, Imperial Walkers, Klinger Kicks (where is that guy) mtn climbers, Block Presses, Diamond Merkins, Big Boys, Carolina Dry Docks our final exercise was going well when a nice teacher pulled up to let me know I was parked in her space… lesson learned.

    4/21/2024 at the FUSE 6 am /”Who’s the Next Site Q?” theme workout. block and run work out 100 sets of different workouts, merkins, block raise, lt dans, american hammer, block curls, leg squats, pair up and run in between till reach 100 on each set. Mosey’ed around the school first. Gas man, Wooderson the Q, Arc Flash, Oh Yeah!, Sideshow, Mayor, Smails, Bagels, Cobra Commander. Arc Flash the 6. Handed over site Q to Wooderson.
