Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    All exercises using a block

    Hip Thruster one foot on block, both feet on block
    Lateral Squat with one foot on block
    Lunges with back foot on block
    Curls
    Decline Merkins
    O/H Presses
    Dips
    Bench Press
    Kettle Bell

    15 and 20 counts each in cadence and echo count together as group

    COT : Thinking/Praying for Bluto, Mental strength and wellness for Tupac’s neighbor
