Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Weather: 26F with a slight breeze and clear skies
PAX: Speedo, Pixar, Sipe, Tupac, Wooderson (6), Pinewood (Q)
Circled up at 0700 for the 5CPs, credo and mission. Gathered our blocks and made the way to the track entrance – the only place that wasn’t a sheet of ice.
THE THING
50 reps of the following: Curls, BBSU, Squats, Leg Raises, OHP, Rows
Every minute on the minute you stop and perform 2 man makers then continue.
That simple.
We ended with a minute plank and a minute of burpees before we gathered back up at the circle for the CoR, NoR and Wooderson with the 6.
