Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Since it was May The 4th we did a Star Wars themed workout using the Death Star format from the F3Nation Exicon. 5 Cones were set in a star pattern around one center cone. Mode of transportations out to each cone, do 20 rep of the exercise, mode of transportation back to the center cone, do 20 reps of the same exercise, all the way around to all 5 points of the star. When one round around the death star is complete, run a lap, then move on to the next exercise.
Round 1: Mode of transportation, Bear Crawls. Exercise, Imperial Squatters.
Round 2: Mode of transportations, Lunges. Exercise, Merkins
Round 3: Mode of transportation, Bear Crawls. Exercise, X Factors.
Total of 200 reps of each exercise.
