Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Warm-Up – SSH, windmills, chain breakers, gummy worms, lap around the building

    First ½ of Workout
    Run through 5 rounds of each exercise, 1 minute of all out to end, another minute of rest. 5 minutes for each set
    Set of exercises
    Merkins – 20, 15, 10, all out, active rest
    Calf Raises after you finish until the minute is up
    Wall Sit – 30, 40, 50, 60, active rest
    SSH after you finish until the minute is up
    Squats – 20, 15, 10, all out, active rest
    Air press after you finish until the minute is up
    Mike Tysons – 20, 15, 10, all out, active rest
    Side Lunges after you finish until the minute is up
    Mozie around the building

    Parking lot was wet and mushy so I modified the second half to model the first half. Kept us off the ground, but don’t remember what exercises we actually did. Oops.
