The beat down was called 100. Going around the track at each goal post line we did 100 reps.
Post 1: 40 Squats, 30 LBCs, 20 Heels to Heaven, 10 Elevator Merkins. Then Lunge walk 25 yards and then mosey to the next post.
Post 2: 40 Carolina Dry Docks, 30 Mt. Climbers, 20 V-Ups, 10 Lt. Dans. Then mosey to the next post.
Post 3: 40 Merkins, 30 American Hammers, 20 Downward Dog Leg Extensions, 10 Stump huggers. Then lunge walk 25 yards and then mosey to the next post.
Post 4: 40 Calf Raises, 30 air presses, 20 Big Boys, 10 No Surrenders. Mosey back to the first post.
For the remaining time we did some rounds of pax choice exercises in cadence and ran some extra laps.
