Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    20 side straddle hops, 10 old man windmills, 10 chain breakers, 5 Gummy Worms

    Work-Out
    Timer – take turns wheelbarrowing someone as the timer down to the end of the crayons and back. NO Running!
    Curls
    Crunchy Frogs
    Cinder Block Swings
    American Hammers
    Chest press
    Klinger Kicks
    Decline Merkins
    Scissor Kicks
    Bent over row
    LBC’s
    Squirls
    Uneven block Merkins
    Manmakers

    Go Play a Game – wiffle ball toss into the bucket. 25 reps to start, each ball in the bucket takes away a rep, 3 minute timer. NO RUNNING!

    Repeato the workout from before. Timer this time is Murder Bunny to the end of the parking lot, rifle carry back.

    Go Play a Game – have a couple of cones set-up. Need to use the wiffle balls to knock them down. Same rules, 25 reps – how many you knock over. NO RUNNING!

    PAX in attendance – Tupac, Yeast, Jimmy Dean, Nougat, Wilson, Cobra Commander, Poodle, Jake the Snake, Wild Sprayer, Bull, Romano, Dauber, and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker.
