Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Murder Bunny to the 10 yard line and do 10 Thrusters
Mozie back and repeat 2 Burpee Block Jumpovers
Murder Bunny to the 20 yard line and do 20 Uneven Merkins
Mozie back and repeat 2 Burpee Block Jumpovers
Murder Bunny to the 30 yard line and do 30 Curl Presses

5 burpees, Mozie to the other side of the field, 5 burpees, Mozie back until you finish 20 burpees
5 Squirls, coupon carry to the other side of the field, 5 Squirls, coupon carry back until you finish 20 Squirls
20 Overhead Presses, Rifle Carry to the other side and do 20 Overhead Presses, Rifle Carry back
20 X-Factors, bear crawl to the other side, 20 more X-Factors and Crawl Bear back.
