Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

The four horsemen of the apocalypse stuck around for what turns out to be a tough beatdown.
The premise was basic: BLIMPS and a lap around the Iron Pax circuit. We started with 3, then 6, 9, 12, and 15. We then went back down from 15 to 3, for a total of 90 reps of each exercise and 2.5 miles of running.
We all got chocolate milk at breakfast at Executive.
