boot camp, Toledo

Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Phase 1 was by the jungle gym: 100 reps each of pull-ups, push-ups, dips, big boys, and burpees. This was done as partner work while one ran from the jungle gym to the One Way sign and back.

    Phase 2 was at Start: we took turns picking exercises for Lucky 7’s.

    We came back to the Oasis for COR, NOR and COT and headed over to Executive for breakfast. Always a good morning at the Oasis.
