Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Mission: to plant grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership

    We started with a warmup consisting of side straddle hops, Abe Vigodas, and chain breakers

    The workout consisted of:

    5 cones spaced out about 10 yards each. We did 10 reps of an exercise at each cone. In between each cone we performed a block carry. (Ex. Merkins at the cone, murder bunnies between). Once Pax got to the last cone, they performed side straddle hops or picked up the 6 until everyone got there. We performed a different exercise and different carry each way. I called out a variety of exercises that consisted of:

    Merkins – murder bunnies
    Goblet squats – rifle carry
    Curls – farmer carry
    Tricep extensions – murder bunnies
    Bent over rows – rifle carry
    Situation squat – lunge
    Bonnie Blairs – 180 squat
    Man Makers – farmer carry

    Ended with COR, NOR, COT
