Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Normal Warm-Up – SSH, Old Man Windmills, Chain Breakers and Gummy Worms

    General Format – split everyone into groups of 3. Each exercise for 3 rounds. Each round someone mozies, someone does the exercise and someone does the active rest. Rotate until each member has done each “job”

    Round 1 – BLOCK
    Timer = Mozie
    Active Rest – Air Press, Squat, or LBC
    Movements
    Curl
    Uneven Merkins
    Goblet Squats

    Round 2 – no block
    Timer = Mozie
    Active Rest – Air Press, Squat, or LBC
    Movements
    American Hammers
    Burpees
    Crunchy Frogs

    GAME Time – 3 minutes of Ring the Crayon with frisbees and the art installment

    Round 3 – BLOCK
    Timer = farmer carry
    Active Rest – merkins, SSH, or Plank
    Movements
    Curl Press
    Manmakers
    World War II’s

    Round 4 – no block
    Timer = farmer carry
    Active Rest – merkins, SSH, or Plank
    Movements
    Hip Dips
    Mike Tysons
    Mountain Climbers

    GAME Time – frisbee relay, every 3rd catch you need to do 3 merkins. Drop the frisbee, 5 merkins and start over. Across the Park and Back.
