Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    QIC explained that IPC is the GOAT of all workouts, and we’d be doing 3 Mini IPC workouts.

    – Mini Cindy -400 M Lap, 10 Merkins, 15 Thrusters, 20 V-Ups, 25 Jungle Bois, 30 Blockees, 25 Jungle Bois, 20 V-Ups, 15 Thrusters, 10 Merkins, 400 Meter Lap
    – UnProfessionals – 5 Perfect Merkins, Bear Crawl to Cone 1, 5 LT Dans, Craw Bear Back (same for cone 2 & 3)
    – Mini Tribute – 10 Jump over Block Burpees, Murder Bunny to Station 2, 20 Offset Block Merkins, Murder Bunny to Station 3, 30 Curl to Press, Murder Bunny to Station 4, 40 Windshield Washers 2-1, Rifle Cary back to Station 1, Repeato/pickup the 6
    – Workout 1 (15 minutes – Repeato if you get done)
    – Workout 2 (15 minutes – Repeato if you get done)
    – Workout 3 (15 minutes – Repeato if you get done)
