Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Football:

    Pax split in to teams and performed the following exercises together. After each round of exercises, the teams competed in a passing competition were each complete pass resulted in one points, and a drop pass resulted in 10 Burpee for the team. The team with the most points at the end of the round performed 10 air presses the team with the least points performed 10 Burpees.

    Penalty for incompletion= 10 merkins

    Next the teams competed in a game of battle disc. Team two pulled up the victory with the final score of 4 to 3.
