Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Brief partner beatdown with 50 yard sprints mixed with push-ups, sit-ups, squats, jump squats, squat holds and planks.
We then played BattleDisc, and worked on jamming the BattleDisc into the Chamber of Glory or Glory Chamber or BattleKan or whatever name we settle on. One edit to the rules which seemed to work- no out of bounds.
Ended with Circle of Trust. May God continue to show mercy to ShaftyMcLongStroke, and all others.
