Words:
My Dad, Mark Mallette would have been 77 tomorrow. He passed away 1 month ago. This workout would have been right up his alley “back in the day”.
Writing his Eulogy I wanted to do him justice, frame him out just right
He was Aggressive person. Answering the phone – his name was like a verb
He was someone that would invite Conflict – he’d find conflict where there was none
Today we will aggressively get after it
What would be the characteristics of a Mark Mallette without? Hard, intense, and old school. 2 a days, running, ski machine, double sweats

Looking back now I see a few things differently. As a Dad you see the potential in your kids and want to see them achieve it. In many ways, I’m sure my Dads approach was rooted in preparing me to face a tough world.
Leading this was hard. I knew I could get through it because my Dad prepared me for taking on hard things.
