Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Beatdown was delayed our ruck’s late arrival.
Following the spiel we broke into two groups group one carried weights around Close park while group two did 10 downs ( 10 SSH, 10 Merkins, 10 Big Bois….9…8) until other group returned
Moseyed over to the playlet split into pairs for a DORA – one partner ran to the crayons and back while the other did step ups (repeated 3 times) then moved onto dips.
Returned to parking lot for CoR. NoR, epic 6 by Gap, and CoT
