Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

We had a list of exercises. Each exercise we did 20 reps. When the timer went off, we stopped where we were at, ran to the end of the park, did a burpee, and then ran back. Resume where you left off. Repeato when you got to the end of the list of exercises. Half way through the beat down, we changed the list of exercises. Exercises listed below:
