Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

The Thang:
Side straddle hops warm-up 2 minutes
Each set was 10 reps of an exercise split between a 50 yard run. Each set lasted 9 minutes with no break. Each PAX had a debt of 25 burpees that could be paid off by knowing the song playing.
Sets were merkins and squats
Ruck swings and lunges
Man makers with ruck and jump squats
Ruck curls and ruck thrusts
Ruck presses and prisoner squats
Ended with paying the burpee debt.
