Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Quiz style workout structured by Poodle. 25 questions, we made it through 18. I don’t remember exactly which questions the group got right and wrong, so don’t know the exact breakdown of exercises. But below is a good summary of some of the exercises. 5 different sets of exercises, number we did depended on whether the answer was right or wrong. And I was impressed by the level of chemistry knowledge, especially Gap. I’ll have to increase the level for round 2.

    wrong -10 burpees, 15 merkins, 30 LBC’s (jog)
    right – 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 20 LBC’s (jog

    wrong -10 donkey kicks, 15 american hammers (2 is 1); 15 lietenant Dan’s; jog
    right -5 donkey kicks, 10 american hammers (2 is 1); 10 lietenant Dan’s; jog

    right -7 inch worms, 10 imperial walkers (2 is 1); 15 squats; jog
    wrong -10 inch worms, 15 imperial walkers (2 is 1); 20 squats; jog

    wrong -15 diamond merkins; 15 plank jacks, 25 air presses, jog
    right-10 diamond merkins; 10 plank jacks, 20 air presses, jog

    right -10 hand release merkins, 20 big boy sit ups, 10 squat jumps, jog
    wrong -15 hand release merkins, 25 big boy sit ups, 15 squat jumps, jog
