Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

The Thang: I had know idea what Leglamp had planned when he asked me to cover for him.
PAX were split into teams of two with me playing the role of Alec Trebek. We had four rounds of questions. A right answer gave you a simple yet challenging upper or lower body exercise. A wrong answer gave you a cardio punishment. In between rounds we did 3x10s of various arms and legs.
We ended with a lighting round where each correct answer took a minute off of side straddle hops. We started with 5 minutes and ended up only having to do 2. The calves were still burning.
