Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Welcome, 5 core, credo, mission
Warm up SSH IC; jogged to Roy C Start HS to begin the games.
Beatdown:
Partnered up about 30 yards apart with one partner having a tennis ball.
Challenges/Exercises went as follows, first team to the number wins;
-Burpee toss; burpee in between each toss; 5 push-ups for any dropped ball; first team to 50
-Lunge toss; farthest apart wins, 5 push up penalty
-sprint toss; first to 20; 5 push up penalty;
-toss-5 carolina dry docks; backpedal while waiting; first team to 15; 5 penalty push up
-toss-5 big boy; backpedal while waiting; first team to 15, 5 penalty push up;
-toss-10 air presses; backpedal while waiting; first team to 15
Moved from there to 2nd half of the beatdown to test our minds with Trivia. Team 1 was more smarter than team 2 and won the challenge getting to 14 questions (exercises in between with penalty reps for wrong answers). Cobra Commander was money on the Dream Team trivia. All the Pax pushed themselves today and showed a lot of athletic ability during the tennis ball tosses………
