Typical routine: warm-up with merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Workout
    Grab a Buddy
    You and your Buddy get 10 shots. Each shot you make is – 5 from the required 150 reps!

    While one of you is doing the reps, the other one has to run over to the wall, wall sit for 20 seconds or wall walk from cone to cone, then return to relieve your partner.

    Curls
    Flutter Kicks – No Block – 4 is 1, Yes Block – 2 is 1
    Squats – No Block – 2 is 1, Yes Block – 1 is 1
    Overhead Press
    American Hammers – No Block – 2 is 1, Yes Block – 1 is 1
    Lunges – No Block – 2 is 1, Yes Block – 1 is 1
    Uneven Merkins
