Typical routine: warm-up with merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    WorkOut – PAX member plays BlackJack against the House. If the house wins 2 x the number of reps for Everyone, if the player wins, just the number of reps.

    First 2 Players –
    10 Rows 2 = 1, 15 Squats, 20 Am. Hammers 2 = 1

    5 Squirls, 10 Lunges 2 = 1, 15 Crunchy Frogs
