The Thang:
-Oscar Mayer rucked the track
-Titan and Romano ran 3.5 miles
-Oscar Mayer acted as “The 6” and told us his story…cool part about F3 is he showed up because he was the only guy who HC’ed for Romano…and Romano showed up because Oscar Mayer was the only guy who HC’ed
-COT and Prayer Intentions: Pray for Titan’s neighbor Ted, battling cancer. Pray for F3 brothers doing the GrowRuck. Pray for Ian Kyle’s family, and Ian Kyle…as his showing and funeral are today.
