Led this morning off with the five core principles of F3. (One of these days I’m not going to panic and forget one while speaking to a group of people…)
Started with 8 brothers. Ran Holt Rd. from Mitchaw to Brint with a few sidetracks into the neighborhoods. Hussein was the sole rucker on the track. Finished with 8. Always a good sign when you start and finish with the same number.
Circle of trust included the guys doing the Iron Pax challenge.
Announcements were followed by “Hussein” sharing in “know your six”. Glad to see another fellow firefighter brother out here…
Prayer intentions closed it out. The main focus was life is short and can end on a sudden notice without warning. Make every moment count!
