3 Rounds of exercises, each round for 10 minutes. Before and after each round, a Passion Week reflection from Henri Nouwen was read.
3 Rounds of exercises:
Round 1, 20 reps each: Donkey Kicks, Mike Tysons, Crunchy Frogs, Plank Jack Shoulder Taps, X-Factors, run to the stop sign and back, repeato.
Round 2, 20 reps each: Merkins, Big Boys, Squats, Diamond Merkins, V-Ups, run to the stop sign and back, repeato
Round 3, hold exercise until one guy runs to the stop sign and back: Planks, Bridges, Luge, Downward Dog, Al Gore, switch runners. Repeato.
