Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    18 PAX posted in the gloom, including 1 FNG:
    Tots, Bourbon, rooster, Casper, Stark, Landslide, Venom, Virus, Monopoly, Jennay, Buttermaker, Tubes, TuPac, Moana, Yeti, Shakira, Woodstock, FNG “Pelt”.
    Bricker Santa’s f3 help – coupons ranged from 5lb dumbbells to 40 lb “special” bags and included a cinder block, concrete garden gone, Betty the bell, ruck plates, and a bunch of dumbbells.

    Q included a rule: Anytime “Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas” is called out, all stop and do 10 burpees. (We did 70 burbees, including 20 during name-o’rama)

    Warm up: stretching – arm circles front/rear 10 count, cadence 15 4 count SSH

    Thing 1 – White Elephant
    Everyone grabbed a coupon and circled up. Countoff by 2’s. 1’s keep coupon 2 set theirs down. Coupon passed to the right or left (q command) until Q calls stop.
    At stops, all with coupon – if you dont have a coupon in your hands, pick up from ground!
    At each stop – 20 total (10 each hand or 20 2 handed) coupon curls, 30 (15 each or 30 2 handed) overhead presses, 30 squats, 20 (10 each hand or 20 2 handed) bent over rows.
    3 stops completed.

    Thing 2 – Move stuff from point a to point b using the longest route possible.
    Groups of 2
    Begin: p1 sprints to cone 1 and does merkins until partner arrives. P2 grabs coupon and lunge walked to cone 1, drop coupon, then sprint to cone 2.
    Cone2: at cone 2, p2 did merkins while p1 lunge walked with coupon to cone 2, drop coupon, then p1 sprints to cone 3.
    Cone 3: at cone 3, p1 did lbcs while p2 bear crawled with coupon to cone 3, then p2 sprints to cone 4.
    cone 4: at cone 4, p2 did lbcs while p1 bear crawled with coupon to cone 4.
    once both are at cone 4 mosey back to cone 1 and repeat until q calls time
    (3 rounds completed)

    End in COT/BOM, tots led prayer and Stark with announcements.

    Good times were had by all and we just beat the rain.
