Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!
The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

Station 1 – Ladder
– 1 merkin run up and down the hill 1 time
– 2 carolina dry docks run up and down hill 1 time
– 3 merkins run up and down the hill 1 time
– 4 carolina dry docks run up and down hill 1 time
– 5 merkins run up and down the hill 1 time
Station 2 – Ab’s
– PAX choice of flutter kicks, bicycle crunches, or heels to heavens
Station 3 – Modified Black Jack
– 5 Lt. Dan’s mossy to second cone for 1 LBC mossy to first cone
– 4 Lt Dan’s mossy to second cone for 2 LBC’s mossy to first cone
– 3 Lt Dan’s mossy to second cone for 3 LBC’s mossy to first cone
– 2 Lt Dan’s mossy to second cone for 4 LBC’s mossy to first cone
– 1 Lt Dan’s mossy to second cone for 5 LBC’s mossy to first cone
Once done with station 1 or 3 switch spots with a PAX in station 2.
Indian run back to parking lot with flag and pace man.
