Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    Pax: Virus, Venom, Stark, Bourbon, Landslide, Tupac, Casper, Woodstock

    First to 100 moves the circle to the next station. Runs were: Merkins, squats, flutter kicks, Carolina dry docks, high knees, mtn climbers, air presses, good mornings, plank jacks.

    100 burpees, once finished help your brothers it until we all had 100 banked.

    Planks for Sally up challenge.

    Ended in the COT, prayed for healing, new beginnings, and for the men of f3.

    Moleskin: double century beatdown for YHC and Virus. What an awesome, amazing time it has been. I have grown so much since that faithful day when the Sylvania gang was handing out tiny cups of water and EH’ing. I thank all of you for showing up and showing out, pushing each other and bring cheerleaders at the same time. Much love to all of you.

    Also big congrats to Virus, and thanks to him for showing us to do this and move the Murph. You rock brother!
