Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    We had a great time today. Posting was Woodstock, Virus, Tupac, Mr. Bean, Bourbon, Moana and the Q Landslide We partnered up, and as a team we did 100 reps at each of the following stations: Merkins, Bench jumps and dips. While one partner was doing the exercise, the other partner was doing a plank. The next two stations was also done with 100 reps, pull ups and then hanging knee raises but here the other partner ran out 40 yards and ran back. We continued through a rotation until time was up. We ended with a circle of trust.
