boot camp, Perrysburg

Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    F3 Intro/Mission

    The Thang:


    Each of the PAX takes shot from the foul line while everyone else hold plank or Al Gore.
    For every make, some reps come off of the exercise, for every miss, reps get added.

    – Lt. Dans
    – Merkins
    – Sprints
    – Sit ups
    – Jump squats
    – Fly Merkins
    – Backward Sprints
    – V-ups

    Funnel Ball
    A ball gets tossed into the funnel. Based on the corresponding number the ball comes out, an exercise is selected.

    1 – Burpees
    2 – Pull-Ups
    3 – Partner Carry
    4 – Bear crawl

    Football Toss

    Each of the Pax tosses a football towards the playground equipment.

    – Through the middle bars – 2 – 8 pt body builders
    – Through the outer bars – 4 – 8 pt body builders
    – Hit the bars – 6 – 8pt body builders
    – Over or under – 8 – 8pt body builders


    Virus led the prayer at the end.
