PAX: Coal, Bourbon, Woodstock, Bambi, Stark, Crab Legs, Q*Bert, Jimmy Dean, Buttermaker, Tupac

    QIC: Jimmy Dean

After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work on the monthly Murph: Run 1 mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 merkins, 300 squats, run 1 mile.

After frantically trying to find which of the 15,321,895,325,152 parking lots to park my car in, YHC just decided on an empty lot where he could at least see where the Perrysburg guys met for their Murph. I wonder how much money we’d have to give the school to put up special parking signs for F3 Toledo.

When walking up to the flag, YHC noticed that Bambi was already covered in sweat. Apparently, he and Bourbon are such gluttons for punishment that they work out at the YMCA before posting. Upon reflection, I couldn’t give them much crap since I have been known to ruck 1 or sometimes 2 hours before posting on the weekend. These two men are beasts!

YHC was also disappointed Tupac showed up in regular gym shorts. He could have come wearing cut-offs or at least ranger panties, but I digress. Where are the jorts, man?!?

Regardless of all the random stuff going down, the PAX finished their Murphs. This was Coal’s first Murph and admitted it was “something.” He is excited as his VQ is this Thursday at the Wall.

Next was COR, NOR and know the 6. Crab Legs got to share how Mickey headlocked him (literally but maybe just figuratively) to come after a few months of waterboarding…er… I mean convincing. He also shared how he got his name due to his incomprehensible and insatiable desire for an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet. Do you want fries with that?

In the COT, prayers were lifted up for those battling various injuries and diseases, and for Riley. YHC shared how 9 months ago, his first post was a Monday Murph in Sylvania and how he didn’t even come close to finishing. Such is the testimony of men who keep showing up and posting.

Always an honor to lead this group of men who push me to be better every time I post. Thanks for letting me come down and lead. Tupac, wash your jorts, man!

    Aye!
