Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    We had a wonderful workout. 16 people attended the workout including 1 FNG! Present were Buttermaker, Stark, Tots, Woodstock, Cole, Casper, Spaulding, Ticket, Dutch, Tupac, Venom, Q’Bert, Raven, Huffy, our FNG, Kaden “Super Fly” Llewellyn and the Q, Landslide. Since this was a brotherhood workout, we partnered up! There were 4 rotating stations. As partners, they performed the exercise until as a pair they reached the number of reps for each exercise at each station. Station one was just skipping rope for 500 rotations. The second station had either 40 lb. or one 60 lb. sandbags. We did presses with the bags for 100 reps. At this station, we then did 150 Lt Dan’s. The third station included 150 dips and then either 100 starfish sit ups or 100 V sit ups. The final and fourth station was at the chin up area. The first time through we did 50 Burp-ups. These are a burpee and then a chin up. The second time through we did 50 hand-by-hand chin ups. We ended the workout with a circle of trust.
