Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    PAX: Bambi, Bourbon, Rooster, Stark, Woodstock, Coal, Montoya, Casper, Ponzi, Venom, Raven, Flo, Dutch, Splinter, Qbert, Landslide, Geppetto

    FNG: Mike “Moped” Tiefenthaler

    Did some light stretching: Arm Circles and Deep Air Squats to warm up

    Did Count-o-Rama, then did Count-O-Rama by 3’s

    Split into 3 groups, then split in half again.

    All teams had 3 men.

    1 person did KettleBell Swings, 1 person Did Kettlebell Carry 100m, 1 person ran 800m

    Each team could switch off however they wanted as long as one person was doing something the whole time.

    Did this for 25 minutes.

    After 25 minutes, we broke into our original 3 teams.

    Each team had to do suicides and then the 1st person carried a kettlebell to the end and back. First team done wins.

    Made the winner and losers do 10 burpees.

    Did the suicides again, except once everyone had run, then the whole team had to do an elephant walk to the halfway point and back holding a kettlebell the whole time. First team with everyone across the line wins.

    Made winners and Losers do 10 burpees.
