Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    3’s Mission is:

    To plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership.

    Principles/Rules of all F3 Workouts:

    It must be free of charge;

    It must be open to all men;

    It must be held outdoor, rain or shine, heat or cold;

    It must be peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the Workout, with no training or certification necessary;

    It must end with a Circle of Trust (the “COT”)

    The Thang:

    5 – Clowney’s 4x lunge + 4x Merkins

    10 – 4x Flutter Kicks

    20 – Squat Jumps

    40 – Carolina Crabcakes

    80 – Imperial Walkers

    160 – Leg Lifts

    320/640 – Double/Single Jump Ropes

    2 – Laps (Up to the individual on distance, as long as they were able to make it back in time for COT)

    Everyone seemed to breeze through it all until the leg lifts. At around 6:05 anyone that was still jump roping took off to run laps. While everyone was gathering back up, we noticed Huffy was still missing. There were reports of him running in multiple directions. Eventually we spotted him and he made a safe return to the COT.
