    Mission and Principles

    Broke up into 3 teams of 5 until Woodstock arrived

    1 person on each 100 yd line of the lap around track.

    1st person on team would do 15 KB Swings then run 100m
    2nd Person on team would do 15 DB Thrusters then run 100m
    3rd Person would do 15 squats with Sandbag then run 100m
    4th person would do 25 partner situps then run 100m

    Once Woodstock arrived we broke into 4 teams of 4 and repeated this, but each person on team went through the entire sequence.

    Then everyone ran 40 yd sprints 3 times

    After the sprints we repeated the 400 yd Games

    40 Yard Sprints again.

    Ended with COT.
