Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    The Thang: Denali 20310

    Mosey to the sledding hill. Starting from the bottom of the hill perform the following exercises and then jog back to the bottom of the hill:

    1-10 LBC’s and bear crawl to the top of the hill

    2-20 Carolina Dry Docks and run backwards to the top of the hill

    3-30 Scissor kicks (4 is 1) and karaoke to the top of the hill

    4-40 American Hammers (2 is1) and side step to the top of the hill

    5-50 Merkins and lunges to the top of the hill

    6-60 Second plank with arms at 90 degree and frog hops to the top of the hill

    7-70 Mountain climbers (2 is1) and run to the top of the hill

    8-80 Plank jacks and inch work to the top of the hill

    9-Did not complete-this was planned to be 90 Big Boi sir-ups and bear crawl to he top of the hill

    10- Did not complete-this was planned to be 100 Burpees and run to the top of the hill

    *We actually had three finishers today…you know who you are. 🙂

    **Mosey back to the parking lot at 6:08.

    The Six: Montoya, EH by Hazmat/Tupac at the gym, at the time he was just going through the motions of half life and half work and his entire life was surrounded by Estrogen. Montoya was praying for a mens group and is very thankful that he was introduced to F3. He loves the camaraderie and the push to get better that he gets from F3.
