Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!
The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

Began warmup with 25 sidesaddle hops in cadence. Then mosey to Eckel Jctn. with a job and at the street began “indian run” on the sidewalk until we ended up back at our original starting point in the parking lot.
Jog over to the outdoor gym equipment and do 25 pull ups, which was followed up by repeating a job and “indian run”. Followed by 25 Merkens in cadence and run, 25 burpees individually and run. Jog over to the sledding hill for 5 complete runs up and down the hill. Completed workout by 25 squats and 25 LBCs.
Ended with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, CoT
