Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    B.B. The beatdown was held at the Gauntlet on a dry brisk morning. I had the PAX partner off for the stations. The beatdown started with a 1/4 mile warm-up run. Station #1 was jump rope X 200, Basketball 25 yd side shuffle pass X 5. Station #2 was bicycles from your six X 100, and dips X 50. Station #3 was 40 yd dash X 10, and 50 squats. Station #4 was pull-ups / chin-ups X 50, merkins X 50, and big boy sit-ups X 50, then repeato. Most groups got through six stations. Great work by all. We ended in the circle of trust. Prayed for the health of Bambi’s new born and family, Landslides recovery from an injured hip, the victims of the natural disasters around the world, and the strength of the PAX to be strong examples of good leaders for the next generations.
