Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    The Thang: Bourbon Special

    Indian run over to hill

    OYO run up hill for one burpee run down then walk to cone in center of field returning back to bottom of hill.

    Run up and down hill twice. Second time up the hill do two burpees run down then walk to cone in center of field returning back to bottom of hill.

    Repeato up to 10 burpees then work your way back down to 1 burpee.

    OYO run back to flag

    In cadence squats, little baby crunches, merkins, 30 reps each.

    Ended with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, CoT
