Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    A little Paula Abdul this morning. 2 steps forward,1 Step back.

    Setup 6 Cones for a long track and 6 cones for a shorter track.
    Round One – Short Track, Bear Crawl Up two cones, 17 merkins. Then crab walk back one cone back and 17 sit throughs. Repeat until through the 6th cone.
    Suicide Long Track back to start
    Round Two – Long Track, Lunge Walk forward to Imperial Walkers(17, 2 is 1) , Reverse Lunge back to Mountain Climbers (17, 2 is 1)

    Round Three – Long Track, Karaoke forward to Plank Jack Shoulder Taps (17), Karaoke back to Plank Tucks (17)

    Another fine morning in the gloom. COR, NOR, prayers for all the different types of families and their struggles during the Holiday Season. Whether it be because of physical distance due to military service or emotional distance here at home, we hope all those struggling with the good fight can find peace and some happiness in this Christmas Season. Prayers for the new 2.0’s and soon to be 2.0’s (Coal and Charmin)!
