Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    Mountain climbers
    Squats
    Dips
    Wide push-ups
    Super man planks
    Box jumps
    Lunges
    Jacks
    Diamond push-ups

    Do ten reps of first exercise, then up and down stairs, repeat 10 of first and add 10 of second exercise. Up and down stairs. Do ten reps of first, second, and third, … so on and so forth for 40 ish minutes
    Then we did 20 reps of flutter kicks, Russian twists, crisscross, LBC’s, and Bourbon’s rope climb thing.
