Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

Thanks for all the hard work this morning! It is definitely getting darker and colder so to the men who continue to show up, well done!

We had 13 men total this morning at the wall 11 PAX and 2 FNGs.

Pax: Turbo, crab legs, Stark, shrinkage, peepers, monopoly, sprinkles, landslide, virus, schizo, Spaulding (Q)

FNGs: Drew “gunner” Tiefke & Gavin “jacket” Varela
    The thang:

We had three teams of four guys, each guy had to take their turn running up the stairs and back down while his teammates had to do a specified exercise. After one rotation of their team each guy took his turn all the way up the ramp and back down while each man does another specific exercise per man.

#1’s ran and the rest of the team did merkins
While #2’s ran everyone did LBCs
#3’s shoulder taps- in plank form
    #4’s burpees

Round 2: each guy ran the ramp during their turn

    #1’s- side tri rise
    #2’s- flutter kicks
    #3’s- sky touches
    #4’s- squats

After 3 rounds the Q ran the stairs and everyone else did the exercise they didn’t have to do while they ran. For examples all the 1’s did merkins and 4’s did burpees. Once the Q was back I ran the ramp while everyone else did the second exercise they didn’t have to do.

Sorry if this is confusing or hard to grasp.

We finished with a round of Guantanamo and prayer intentions…
thanks again for letting me lead this great group of men. Thanks to our two new members for their current and future service for our country!
Have a great day and God bless!
