Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    We gathered at the Wall and ran to the hill by the downtown park.
    Stage 1 was 15 burbees and 25 LBCs then run up the stairs and down the hill.
    Stage 2 was 25 push ups and 25 leg lift scissors then bear crawl 1/3 the way up the hill then run the rest of the way and back down to the next stage.
    Stage 3 was 15 inverted push ups and 50 lift the air then run up the hill and then down to stage one.
    These stages moved continuously for 30 minutes.
    We then gathered and did two rounds of Geronimo before the circle of Trust.
