Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).
BACKBLAST
Raven, Bambi, Woodstock, Zig-ZAg, Stark, Bourbon, Buttermaker, Virus, Spalding, Yeti, Tupac, Monopoly, Landslide, Mr. Bean, Peepers, and Rooster.
It was a scorching 51 degrees at 5:30 AM bringing a welcomed relief to the winter gloom.
16 PAX showed up to sweat, work, and get better.
F3 mission statement and 5 principles were announced and the work began
-10 Side Straddle Hops in Cadence 4 count
– 10 Merkins in Cadence 3 count
– 10 Sumo Squat hops. ( begin in squatting position, jump straight up and bring knees to hands in air, land in squatting position).
Burped Mountain
Lucky for the PAX we were only going down the mountain this morning and the following beatdown occurred.
– 20 burpees, Recovery jog approx. 50 yards in a circle around the bottom of the wall
– 19 burpees, Recovery jog 50 yards
– 18 burpees, Recovery jog 50 yards
This continued until the PAX reached the last set in which 20 burpees were completed to cap off the solid effort put out by all.
– total of 239 burpees performed if all sets were completed
SHOUT OUT to Landslide, Mr. Bean, and YETI for staying after the COT and finishing the sets they had left.
