Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).
3F’s: Fitness, fellowship, faith.
F3 mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Five core principles:
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust

1 – 5x sprints up to the Y split and back down. If you finish and 6 is still running, keep running or hold plank.
2 – absolution (AMRAP)

All groups AMRAP until sprint group 6 finishes all sprints.
At completion of sprints, sprint group calls out Switch. 3-1, 1-2, 2-3.

Q (Woodstock) finally sac’d up after a nice EH by Bambi last Saturday and led the BOM through a prayer – Q survived and is a better man for it. Prayers were offered up for the sick, babies, expecting parents, and some life situations. Special prayers for Mother Rucker, Bluto, and Yeti and their loved ones as they go through some tough times and losses.
